Terry Hockedy, an experienced baker and patissier for 50 years, has worked with Bill for 10 years. Using specialised bakers' ovens, Terry produces the Masons Arms limitless selection of artisan breads, brioche, and granary bread for our sandwiches. Terry's use of traditional proving and fermentation gives our breads their amazing flavour that compliments our dishes.
