All our cheeses are farmhouse/artisan cheeses made to the highest quality. Our board contains all selections
or you can have one perfect serve. The cheeseboard comes with homemade walnut bread.

Made with pasteurised channel island cows milk,
Barkham Blue has full rich creamy flavour and
texture with a well balanced blue veining.
It has won numerous awards.

Made by the Fletchers near Coventry from the
unpasteurised milk of their own herd. It has rich
nuttiness along with a classic sheepy tang.

Cerney Goats

Based on a Valancay this truncated pyramid shaped
cheese is coated with ash. Made near Cirencester it is
delicious when young but matures well for a stronger flavour.

Single Gloucester

Made by Charles Martell using pasteurised cows milk
and a vegetarian rennet. A mild lactic flavoured cheese
it generally has a lower fat content than Double Gloucester.

with vegetarian rennet, has been washed in Perry to
